I love sharing experience. At heart I'm a truth-seeker: before I tell anyone anything, I've already tested it 10 times, looked into the causes and consequences. That's my approach to every topic I speak on.
15+ years of conference speaking and training, from performance marketing in 2011 to AI implementation in 2026. The people I work with get finished research, not generic advice.

I love sharing experience and helping others understand things. It comes from the fact that I'm an entrepreneur at heart and in practice, and every entrepreneur I've met helped me become better. So it feels natural to give back.
Before I tell anyone anything, I always go deep into the topic. I study causes, consequences, how things actually work. Often that means checking 10 times what seems obvious.
Not just a lecturer, not just a practitioner. I combine both: content based on experience, format adapted to the audience. Sometimes a 30-min conference talk. Sometimes an 8h workshop with 100 people. Sometimes a multi-week programme for a company team.
15 years of speaking and training split into 3 phases. In each phase the topic shifted, but the foundation, the truth-seeker approach, stayed the same.
2011–2016
Performance marketing, Google tools, data analytics. The time when Latvia was still learning what Google Ads was.
2018–2020
I realised that behind the numbers is a person. I shifted to productivity, employee engagement, biohacking, leadership.
2024–now
AI-first approach. Lovable, ChatGPT, prototyping, vibe coding. What wasn't possible 5 years ago now happens in 2 hours.


From 2011 to 2015 I organised iLive, the first international internet and digital marketing conference in the Baltics. 5 years in a row in Riga, with global-level speakers: Perry Marshall, Dave Chaffey, Simo Ahava and others.
This experience gave me something you can't learn any other way: I understand the organiser's side. When I speak at events now, it's much easier to understand exactly what the organiser wants.
It's a fantastic experience, gained only because I've been on that other side. I really enjoyed the whole experience, meeting all those people.
This two-sided experience (organiser + speaker) is my private speaker advantage that you can't get from a course. Only with experience.
