Who I have worked with
Most of the people who came to my consulting practice were in one of these three situations. This is the work this site preserves.

Expert or consultant
They had the experience, the reputation and the clients, but the model leaned too much on their own time. We worked on a clearer offer, better sales and a system that did not live only in one head.

Leader who did not want to burn out
They wanted to grow and were ready to invest in it, but not at the cost of family, health or a real life outside work. What they needed were clear decisions and a structured approach, not another chaotic growth plan.

What the work covered
A conversation usually started with one problem, and we quickly saw it was all connected: decisions, marketing, sales, team, systems and the leader's own energy. These six areas came up most often.
Business decisions
When too many ideas, opportunities and tasks piled up, we worked out what actually mattered right then, what to postpone and where to put real focus.
Marketing and offer
We checked whether people clearly understood what the company offered, who it was for and why this company specifically.
Sales and money
We looked at where potential clients dropped off, why people did not buy, and what to improve in conversations, the offer or follow-up.
Team and accountability
We looked at whether the team had clear roles, whether people actually pulled things forward, and where the leader was still the bottleneck.
Systems and processes
We organised the repeating work, the decision rhythm, reports and simple processes, so that it was not all stuck in one head.
AI in daily work
We looked at where AI could genuinely help: preparing decisions, analysing information, writing, automating processes or becoming a practical assistant in the day-to-day. This is the thread that continues at Arete AIOS today.

20+ years in business. Infinitum 8, one of the Baltics' largest digital agencies, founder with exit in 2018. Then I realised: decisions are made by a person, not a strategy. That's where ARETE was born. I work from a Stoic frame, but I won't talk about it unless you want. You'll feel it.
