1. What this site is

fullmarketing.me is Egils Boitmanis's personal professional-history archive: a collection of articles, past client testimonials and a record of his speaking and training history. It is not an online shop: no services, programmes or partnerships are sold or booked directly through this site. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

3. Training and speaking

Conference talks, workshops and in-house training are still available on request. Write to info@fullmarketing.me with your event details; format, topic, timing and any fee are agreed individually by email before anything is confirmed. There is no online payment or booking flow on this site.

4. Archive content

Articles, case descriptions and testimonials from earlier consulting work are kept here for historical and informational purposes. They describe past offers and past client relationships and do not represent services currently sold on this site.

5. My commitments and limits

Content on this site reflects my own experience and opinions at the time of writing. It is not legal, medical, financial or psychotherapy advice, and I do not guarantee any specific outcome from reading it or from a training/speaking engagement.

6. Confidentiality

Anything shared with me directly by email, phone or in a training/speaking engagement is treated as confidential. Testimonials are published only with the person's consent.

7. Intellectual property

Site content (text, images, articles) belongs to Egils Boitmanis. You may read it for personal use and share the link. Republishing or commercial use requires written permission.

8. Other sites you may reach from here

This site links to Arete AIOS (areteaios.com), a separate site where my active work continues. Arete AIOS is operated independently, with its own terms, and is not the seller or operator of anything on fullmarketing.me.

9. Disputes

We try to resolve disputes through conversation first. Failing that, disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia under Latvian law.

10. Changes

I may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date at the top.
