1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the use of fullmarketing.me and the services provided by Egils Boitmanis (an individual). By using the site or services, you agree to these terms.

3. Services and pricing
- Free strategic call — free of charge (30–45 min). Condition: a short video testimonial after the call.
- DeepDive — €275 (first 10 clients; regular price €575). 3 sessions, 30-day window.
- ARETE 6-month partnership — €5000 for 6 months.
- Training and speaking — by agreement.
Prices are in euro. Where applicable, VAT is added per Latvian law.
4. Payments
DeepDive payments are processed by Stripe. Other services — by invoice via bank transfer or per individual agreement. Service starts after payment is received or after a separately confirmed agreement.
5. Cancellations and refunds
- Free call: cancel anytime via Calendly.
- DeepDive: if after the first session you decide it isn't for you — full refund. No refunds after the first session.
- 6-month partnership: terms are agreed in writing before the engagement starts.
- Training/speaking: cancellation terms set in the individual contract.
6. My commitments and limits
I provide consulting, mentoring and strategic partnership. This is not legal, medical or psychotherapy services. Decisions about your business and life are yours; I'm responsible for working with experience, honesty and best intent — but I do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
7. Confidentiality
Everything you share in sessions stays confidential. Testimonials (video or written) are published only with your explicit consent.
8. Intellectual property
Site content (texts, images, articles, the ARETE framework) belongs to Egils Boitmanis. You may read it for personal use and share the link. Republishing or commercial use requires written permission.
9. Disputes
We try to resolve disputes through conversation first. Failing that — disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia under Latvian law.
10. Changes
I may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date at the top.
