2. What data I collect
- What you submit: name, email, phone, message (contact form, email, Calendly, DeepDive intake).
- Payment data: handled by Stripe — I never see card details, only confirmation of a successful payment.
- Technical data: IP, browser, device, page views — through Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel in anonymised/aggregated form.
3. Why I use it
- To answer your question or request.
- To prepare for our sessions and deliver the service.
- To issue invoices and meet accounting requirements.
- To improve the site (anonymous statistics).
4. How long I keep it
Correspondence — up to 2 years after the last contact. Client work materials — up to 5 years (accounting requirements). Analytics — per Google/Meta defaults.
5. Who I share it with
Only with the service providers I need to operate:
- Stripe (payments)
- Calendly (scheduling)
- Google (Workspace, Analytics)
- Meta (Pixel)
- Lovable / hosting
I do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising purposes.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data. Email info@fullmarketing.me — I respond within 14 days. You can also file a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
7. Cookies
The site uses technically necessary cookies and analytics cookies (GA4, Meta Pixel). You can block them in your browser settings.
