1. Who I am

FullMarketing.me is a personal professional-history, writing and speaking archive run by Egils Boitmanis, an individual. The site does not take payments or confirm bookings automatically. You can contact me through it to discuss speaking or training. Contact:

2. What data I collect

• What you send me directly: if you email, call or message me (including via LinkedIn) to ask about speaking, training or anything else, I receive whatever name, contact details and message content you choose to share.
• Language preference: the site stores your Latvian or English choice in your browser's localStorage under locale-pref. It stays on that device unless you clear the browser's site data.
• Google Fonts: the site requests its web fonts from Google. When your browser makes that request, Google receives the technical request information sent by your browser, such as your IP address and browser details.
• Testimonials widget: the testimonials page and parts of this site embed SocialJuice (embed.socialjuice.io) in an iframe and, in some layouts, load a resizing script from SocialJuice. If you use SocialJuice's submission form, the information you enter is sent directly to SocialJuice and is covered by its own privacy practices.
• Hosting and technical logs: the site is hosted and delivered through Lovable's hosting platform. Responses may also pass through Cloudflare's delivery and security infrastructure. These providers may process standard request and log data, such as IP address, browser details and request time, to deliver, operate and secure the site.
• Analytics: as of the date above, I have not added separate analytics or advertising-tracking tags to this site's code. This does not include hosting logs or the requests made to Google Fonts and SocialJuice described above.

3. Why I use it

• To answer your question or request.
• To prepare for and deliver a training or speaking engagement, if we agree on one.
• To keep the site technically running and secure.

4. How long I keep it

I keep correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably needed to answer your request, manage an agreed engagement, maintain necessary records, or meet legal and accounting obligations. The period depends on the context. You can ask what I hold about you or request deletion, subject to any records I am legally required to keep.

5. Who I share it with

I don't sell your data or share it for advertising. Service providers involved in delivering this site include:

• Lovable (site hosting and delivery)
• Cloudflare (content delivery and security)
• Google Fonts (web-font delivery)
• SocialJuice (testimonials widget and optional testimonial submission form)

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, subject to the conditions in applicable law. Email info@fullmarketing.me. I will handle the request without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law. You can also file a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate ( dvi.gov.lv).

7. Cookies

The site uses browser localStorage for the language preference described above; localStorage is not a cookie. I have not added advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set security cookies used for bot management, and embedded SocialJuice content may use cookies or similar storage under SocialJuice's own policy.
