How often do we meet?

DeepDive is three sessions over 30 days. The 6-month partnership includes weekly meetings plus unlimited communication between them.

Yes. Many professionals see their future in consulting and personal development — so I work with individuals too. I genuinely enjoy working with people who are committed to growth. Whether they work solo or in a team doesn't really matter.

Big commitments should start with small understanding. DeepDive is 30 days where we see if our thinking fits. It's more honest to both sides than a 6-month contract from day one.

People often come with one question, but underneath there's something quite different going on. We have plenty of wants in life, but often what we actually need isn't what we want. Without personal growth we end up working on the wrong things and the wrong goals.

How do I know if I'm ready?

If you feel or see that something isn't moving, that you don't understand something, that you want to part ways with a partner or build new partnerships, or you see the next level but can't cross it — that's the right time to talk to a consultant. Including me. 30 minutes is enough to feel whether it's a yes or a no.

Can I start straight with the 6-month partnership without DeepDive?

Yes. Technically it means we still go through DeepDive in one of the first sessions — it's included in the 6-month partnership.

Why does DeepDive cost €275 if the call is free?

Accepted Answer

The free call is an introduction — we don't even bring up DeepDive there. The point is to feel whether there's a good connection between us. DeepDive is structured work with a concrete outcome — a completely different scope and depth.

Do prices include VAT?

The company is currently not a VAT payer, so invoices are issued without VAT.

Can I pay in installments?

DeepDive — €275 is a one-time fee. The 6-month partnership can be paid in installments — €1,000/month. We align the details on a call.

Do you work with private individuals who aren't entrepreneurs?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if that person is a consultant, or someone working a full-time job who wants to become an entrepreneur, consultant or sole trader. I can help those people very well too.

How many clients see measurable results in the 6-month partnership?

Accepted Answer

I don't measure client results in numbers — for two reasons. First, goals shift: what we set at the start often crystallises into something quite different over six months. Second, every person is in a different phase — for one, the visible results land exactly during this period; another is only now starting to look for a solution, so theirs come later. Philosophically, 100% of clients get a result. The question is only what kind, and when. The rare cases without a result usually come down to discipline — and that's a topic many people don't want to talk about.

Free call — usually within a week. DeepDive — 1–2 weeks after payment. 6-month partnership — after DeepDive or a detailed introductory call.

Conference talks 30–60 min, workshops 2–8 h, in-house team workshops and multi-week AI Circle programmes for companies. LV or EN, in person or online.
